Each year we typically have approx. 140 teams compete in this event with some 1,500 players, with entertaining football for around 1,500-2,000 spectators.

Please pass this information on to all relevant managers in your football club to ensure that they have an opportunity to register for what will again be a first class tournament.

The age groups for the competition this season will be based on ages for the 2017/2018 season. Age groups will be assigned to either morning or afternoon sessions. U6 & U7 only will be a Fair Play Festival in groups, with a medal for every player. All other age groups (U8 upwards) will have individual medals for winners/runners up for the teams playing in the final.

In addition to the football tournament, there will be refreshments including a BBQ/bouncy castle/stalls/café/etc.…so a real good family day out!

Booking Your Place:

You are advised to book early, because in previous years most age groups have filled up very quickly. There is a restriction on the number of teams in each age group, after which no further entries will be possible.

The costs to enter are £35 for all age groups, per team subject to availability; however a discount of £5 is available for those teams registering before the 1st March 2018.

Please register and pay through BACS Payments by following http://www.panshangerfc.co.uk/payments and ensure that all fields are completed correctly as per the 2017/18 Season.

Final confirmation for accepted/successful teams, will be sent along with the FINAL tournament rules and regulations, sanctioned by the Hertfordshire FA, in May 2018.

If the tournament is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be made, less a handling fee of £5 per team.

NO EJA/Academy teams or EJA/Academy players are permitted to enter the tournament.
