FA Charter Standard 1 of 2

1. FA Charter Information

The FA Charter Standard Clubs programme, supported by FA Community Partner McDonald`s, was launched in February 2001 and is a core component of The FA Football Development programme.

The project is aimed at all clubs outside the Football League and Premier League, helping players, children and parents to find a club in their local area that meets FA standards.

Charter Standard is recognised as a kite mark within Grassroots Football and is regarded as a statement of quality. The FA have set down criteria which needs to be met by clubs in order for them to be recognized as an FA Charter Standard Club.

With the continued dedication of our coaches, management committee and supporters Panshanger achieved FA Charter Standard in 2006 and was awarded FA Charter Standard Club of the Year from the Hertfordshire FA in 2009.
