Barnet AZZURI v Pumas

As this was our first game against Barnet, so as they are an unknown, my instructions were to treat them as if they are a good team so we have be very good.
The game started with us taking the majority of possession and territory with a couple of chances just going wide. Against play Barnet scored from a shot from outside the box but we continued to press, a goal seemed on the cards but alas we went in 1-0 down. Half time instructions were to keep playing as we are but get the tackles in and midfield, to get back quicker and get tighter.
Second half started with us on the front foot and when attacking looked good shifting the ball wide and through the middle, our pace up front was causing them some problems, if it wasn't for some loose finishing we could of been a couple up. We won a pen following one of our attacks and Reuben stepped up to take it and 1-1. We had a couple of chances to finish the game off but couldn't convert and then Barnet had a spell where they had couple of chances but due to some stout defending we managed to keep them at bay.
It was good to see Ryan willing to take players and make the runs down the wing. Also Freddie on a similar note, both had good games. Josh also had a good game keeping himself on the inside of the attacker and not commiting to the tackle too early. The team in general had a solid game and deserved at least a draw. Josh received Mom for his fine efforts, he put in probably his best performance to date.
